Cancellation must be received within 48 hours of order. Shipping cost will not be refunded on any orders cancelled after the 48 hrs.
Returns call 1-208-746-0969 within 30 days of the date you receive your purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Orders shipped after December 12th cannot by guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Orders with custom finishes or installed lighting received after Dec 8th are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.
We are unable to guarantee our quality and standards of service on items shipped outside the continental United States. The high cost of shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada plus the increased likelihood of damage during the lengthy trip make shipping impossible
Your cabinet will be shipped by common carrier (semi truck) to your curbside (where available). Its is necessary that someone is available to receive the cabinet at your "Ship To" address. The freight company will not leave your cabinet without a signed delivery receipt. If the freight company is unable to make delivery on their first or second try, they will charge you extra for re-delivery.
If someone is not available to receive your cabinet during normal business hours you can enter "Hold at Terminal" at the "Ship To" address. The freight company will call for you to pick up your order at their terminal. We can also ship to the address of a neighbor or relative who may be easier to catch at home.
The person signing to accept the shipment is responsible for visually inspecting the cabinet for any damage upon arrival. If the corrugated box is the damaged at all we highly recommend opening and looking over the cabinet. Refuse delivery of damaged freight by signing "refused for freight damage" and call us for a refund or replacement.
